Refund Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re unsatisfied with a product, please follow these guidelines for a refund:
  • Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refund Period: Requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Process: To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team at admin@quality-1.com or +1(305)593-0860. Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Exclusions: Items sold at a discount, damaged by the customer, or that have expired after purchase may not be eligible for refunds.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help.
  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
  • Return Process: To return an item, please contact us at admin@quality-1.com or +1(305)593-0860 for a return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We do not cover return shipping costs for general returns.
  • Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please note the following:
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at admin@quality-1.com or +1(305)593-0860. Orders canceled after this window may be subject to a restocking fee.
